A friend of mine gave me a gift card to Umbrella Burger. It was my birthday(Thanks, Sloppy). I went in to order my food and drive it home myself. Last time I used one of them delivering apps, my food arrived with finger holes right down the middle. Umbrella made a wonderful chicken burger. I struggled to finish the thing. An uncomfortable stomach and heartburn is better than not feeling anything at all. I also ordered the mac & cheese and curly fries. I have zero respect for my digestive system. The curly fries left a delicious slick shine on my hands and fingers; perfect for cranking a goon sesh after. I highly recommend Umbrella Burger. Just don't make plans after, I was blasting gravy all night. Love ya!
There is hands down no better burger or Mac n Cheese in Ottawa. Simply put. It’s everything you’d want in a burger and cheesy noodles for such an affordable price. Honestly I hope they never change anything about this place because they’ve perfected it. Well done Umbrella Burger !
I recently tried the double burger, chicken burger, and curly fries from Umbrella Burger, and I must say, the food was absolutely delicious! The burgers were juicy and flavorful, and the curly fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Although I had opted for takeout instead of dining in, the food still tasted fresh and hot when it was delivered. The portions were generous, and the presentation was excellent. Overall, I highly recommend Umbrella Burger for anyone craving a delicious and satisfying burger and fries. I will definitely be coming back for more in the future!
The burger was tasty! The lettuce was fresh, and the bun was soft. Overall, it was a great experience. The location was also clean. My only wish was that the patties would have benefited from having more of a crust.

Hands down best burger I’ve had in the city. - delicious bun, perfectly layered, not sloppy, flavourful beef patties, perfectly melted cheese. The mac and cheese…… absolutely mouthwatering. The smokey flavour, the pasta size, the portion size - i could go on for days. Just amazing. Service has been consistently pleasant, generous and welcoming! It’s a small location, so not many seats so just keep that in mind if you’re going with a big group.
Still the best burger I’ve had in Ottawa! Everything was delicious, perfectly portioned, and reasonably priced. ++They place the lids on the tray, so you don’t need to ask or wait—just grab one and go.
